I have to say man great work there are some shows there that Ive never even heard of.
Now all we have to do is see who wants to go to which ones. But in the mean time untill everyone lets me know how about we shoot for a meeting like at someones house or something that way hey can showcase their ride and maybey even lend a helping hand wherever we can.
BTW for all of those interested in doing this let me know a date and time that you might be abe to do this, heck maybey we can all bring over a food item and have a BBQ now that the weather is gettin better.
-Chris
P.S.
Hvac, thanks again thats a great list.
I hoping I get my M-100 back by then, though all those others look fun, but attending Any of these depends on when my M-100 is finished.
Done some thinking, I think our next meet shold be at someones house. So... who wants to show off their ride?? We could all bring something for a lunch or BBQ, and lend a helping hand if needed. If this doesnt work I know of a Regional park out here that has a group picnic area that would be great. So let me know how this sounds.

Ford Trucks for Ford Truck Enthusiasts
I like going to the shows and all, but we didn't do very well meeting up last time. Also, unless the meet is in the AM, then go to the show, you have to leave the show to meet. If I'm into the show, I ain't leavin'. Also, having a specific time to be someplace that may be 100 miles from home doesn't work well even without traffic.
Meeting at someone's house is cool, especially if they need some build time. But, nobody lives central to the spread of members. And, if everybody showed up, we would be stumbling all over each other in a small garage. Build dates are probably best with 2-6 people, even for the biggest jobs. Not many folks have the space and tools to support more people than that.
I notice that we now have people interested who live as far away as Ventura Co. So, our members now range from Ventura to Ramona. That's a serious distance. The least we can do is try to minimize the drive for those folks on the outskirts of the member area. Something central to everybody.
I think the idea of a park, pinic, etc is a very good idea for the next meet. We can pick a Saturday or Sunday (one day only, please!) and a place that is something like in the middle of the member area. Schedule it in the afternoon over 2-3 hours. That will give time for folks to drift in and for everybody to check out and gab over each other's truck. We can bring the family too. Just do our own sort of mini show, if you will. Not everybody has their truck ready to cruise, but it would be fun to get acquainted with everybody.
Looking at a map, it seems to me that some place in Orange County might fill the bill. Who knows a park with enough parking (on the grass, maybe???) for 20 trucks? Featherly Park is gorgeous and is where the F100 Western Nationals will be in June. It is located off the 91 at Gysum Canyon exit, near the border of Orange and Riverside Counties. We park on the grass under oak trees. It costs $5 to use for the day. But, something up the 5 more central to OC, might be a little better location.
Thoughts?
