Difference between Tow Command System & Trailer Brake Controller

On my window sticker/spec sheet I paid 425.00 for the Tow Command System, but yet on other 250/350's I've noticed some have the Trailer Brake Controller for 205.00. Can anybody tell me difference?

From a bad experiance when ordering my '05 - the difference is the mirrors. Tow command system includes the heated, turn signal mirrors - they don't come standard.

The tow command system integrates a built in brake contol system with the ABS system on the truck. It is the next generation of brake controler. Works with your computer in controling the trailer brakes along with the vehicle brakes. So if your vehicle brakes are pulsating because of road conditions so will the trailer brakes.

The TowCommand system includes: The trailer brake controller, torqshift transmission, and telescoping trailer tow mirrors (they don't have to be the heated, turnsignal mirrors). You can get any of these options separately, but combined it is the TowCommand system.
