keyless entry
so my keyless entry will lock my doors but when i enter the code it will not unlock the doors ? what gives
i have the factory code because i had the dealer down load the code when having a second key made
one more thing it will not light up when pressing the buttons

I has a similar problem with a Crown Vic door keyless. I pressed each button during a cold day to find out that one of the buttons only worked maybe 20% of the time. Look to see if all buttons light the pad up or not. Use the factory code to use all the same buttons to narrow down a possible bad one. It takes some time but I found the bad button eventually and then changed the user code to one that didn't use that button.
