i am getting new rims for my 77 f250 highboy 4x4,they will be 16" x 7"-8 lug with a 6 1/2" bolt pattern.....but does anyone know what the offset is?
p.s i have front disc and rear drums if it matters.....thanks for any help
I believe that the offset depends on tire size. I have 16x7 rims with 265 75 16 Lt's on my 76 F250 2wd and they're just a standard replacement for the old split rims. I don't have any problems with tire rub at all. So unless you plan on using some radical tires I think the standard offset should be fine.
No problem this what this website is for. I've already gotten alot of info and help from everybody here. Some of it doesn't apply to what i'm doing but you never know what helps and what doesn't untill you try it out. Good luck and have fun.
