I have a 1993 F 150 with a 6in subspention lift and a 3in body lift running on 38, s the problem I have is I would like to find a double steering stabilizer for it but I cannot find one that does not hook to the frame I heard that one from a chevy would work but when I asked a shop they had no idea need help.

this is funny I have the same problem. I have a trailmaster dual stabillizer kit on the truck but I am only able to use one of the stabillizers, because the angle is to severe. I was going to go to the steel supplier and get the same thickness steel plates as the frame bracket from trailmaster and make one that is longer and some how find a way to brace it. Or my truck came with the dual shocks from the factory, and I used to have a Warn stabillizer and I drilled into that bracket to install it. There is enough I think to install two into it. So I would use the double stabillizer bracket on the drag link and then directly attach the other end of the stabillizers to Quad shock bracket.
These are to ideas I am working on they might work for you.
