I have a 95 f150 5.0/5 speed (speed density). I pulled the codes the other day and got 33, 13, and 3 in that order. Any idea what these codes mean? my manual doesnt list them. It's got a little bit of rough idle, and at about 1200-1500 rpm, it runs really rough, more like a regular miss almost like a couple dead cylinders. Someone told me that the evp sensor was bad, and I had a new one from an old truck we used to have, so I replaced it, and the ohm reading was not correct. If I had to guess, I'd figure the egr valve was sticking, causing the ohm reading on the sensor to be off a little. Thanks for any help in advance!

13 - RPM unable to reach lower test limit
There is not a 3 code. I would zero in on the egr valve as being the culprit. The manual says start with the first codes and work your way down, which stands to reason it may have failed the rpm test because the egr valve is screwing up.
