HighBoy???????

I have read in other posts that they did not make the highboy after 1977 and they were only F-250's. I own a 78-F150 Ranger that has a factory installed 4 inch lift..It is not aftermarket my grandfather bought the truck brand new and gave it to my father who gave it to me when I was 16...Now 10 years later I am still driving it...I just ordered a pitman arm from Autozone today for the truck and in their computer it has the pitman arm for 78-79 F-150 w/4 inch lift...Anyone suprised by this...Please explain

the records they have at places like autozone are not allways accurate. For example, according to their computers, in 1978 a 460 was an option in the 4x4, which we all know is not true.

It was probably a dealer installed lift, what size tires did it come with?I have never heard of one with a factory lift.
