The second one used to belong to a friend of mine. It was siezed by the feds and sold at public auction.....but the feds didn't have the titles and they were actually sold unjustly......Its a bigger mess than I would want to deal with.
I actually bought one of the many vehicles that were sold and waited 3 months for a title. I ended up returning the car to the auction house for a refund. As did almost everybody else that bought vehicles.
