Same CAM?

I am rebuilding my Y (272) and am changing the intake to a 3x2 setup. I will probably go .030 over on the pistons and use the original rods. My question is, can I use the same cam or does it need to be changed to yield optimum performance?

I would change it to something with a little more "ZIP" than a stock cam. Mummert offers a wide range of regrind cams, from mild to wild!

Someone will be along and post a link to his site (I dont know how to do that)
