gear ratios??
First of all how do i find out what gear ratio my truck is. Secondly if i am going to put 38" tires on it do i need to change my gear ratios and how do i go about doing so??? Please help

The rear axle normally has a tag on with the needed info, you can also count turns on the wheels vs. turns on the driveshaft. For 38", you most certainly need to change gearing for acceptable performance.
