New Cam
yes i have stock 2001 5.4L and i am going to put a new cam in it from crower cams. and i want to know if there is any way i can find out about how much more horsepower and torqe i will get from this cam, i have the specs for it
Adv Duration Duration @.050 Gross Lift w/1.8
243 Lobe 250 193 Lobe 196 .529 / .545

Crower is the one that can answer that question for you. Send them an email and ask them....
Also, you are going to have to install headers, intake, programmer / chip, and a good Cat Back to get the full benefit of the cams. Crower will more than likely give you a spec with this in mind.
