Recently I have added the Hypertech tuner and a few other engine mods. The I lifted it and added 35 inch tires. Will the superlift Truspeed screwup my tuner? I cant imagine it will but would love to hear from someone who has done it. Thx guys
nope, it don't change a thing... Except set your speedo back to the correct readings and i also noticed my shifting points were back to normal (what ever that is.) I used my GPS to set the calibration up on mine. the settings that came with the truspeed were off quite a bit. it seems they called for 6 turns... and it seems like it was like 12 or 13 turns for my trucks speedo to be accurate. i have the superchips programer and 4.30 LS diffy with 35's on mine if it makes any difference or not i'm not sure. i have mine accurate to about 1/10 of a mile in 30 miles. just take your time setting it up and one other thing set it up some place easy to get to until you have it dialed in. makes it easier to adjust as needed.
What truck do you have? I have an 03 4X4 6.0 and the truespeed screwed the computer up in the truck. Had it towed to ford and it was popping codes that they couldn't figure out. Took the fuse out of the truespeed and it has been fine every since. I couldn't believe that was the problem because the truck was fine after putting it in for about 5K miles. Then one morning it would start but if you put it in gear it would die. Called Superlift and they said that it wasn't for use on the 6.0 and that I should take it out. There was a $150 lesson learned.

It will actually help it in that your computer will be reading the correct speed to rpm which can affect the shifting and throtle response and kick in. I added Truspeed to my truck and LOVE it... I wish I would have done it sooner...
