after checking inside my door panel I do not have a power mirror plug that is not being used I do have power door locks and windows Should I buy a factory mirror switch and run a new circut or has anyone found a kit? any sugestions would be great thanks

I'd run seperate circuits for both the power glass & heat. Get the OEM glass control switch & rig up a custom switch to turn heat on/off as needed.

Dumb1,
I agree with NoMo. I am collecting parts (and waiting for warmer weather)for my '99 F250 PSD to install towing mirrors and plan on running new circuits for the power and heat.

I would like to add the turn signal mirrors but they a going for an additional $150 above pwoer/heated units. A bit steep for just the "cool factor" in my mind.

Have you shopped for mirrors yet? The best deal on OEM I have seen on eBay is $260. I have seen non-OEM for cheaper, but I think I will stay clear of these.
Thanks,
Ed
