power brake booster
Im doing a frame off restoration on a 1968 f-100 short bed I have acses to a power assist unit in good shape (free) should I, Or should i not put it on? Does power assist make that big of a difference.

Yup it makes a difference.
I believe you will also need to get a power brake proportioning valve.
My truck was converted when I bought it. Only complaint I have is the fit to the firewall needs some attention.

thanks My truck has original drums (all around) is it just a matter of bolting it on and connecting vacuum??????????
Lee when I am finished Iwill be parting out a 1968 half ton and a 19972 f-250 (ranger)
