ride height dimensions

Im having a problem with leaf spring sag (I think) on the front passenger side of my 01 f250 psd 4x4 club cab. Can anyone tell me how to diagnose if this is actually what my problem is and if there is any way of obtaining the correct dimension if any. I have measured to the best I can (kind of awkward laying under the truck) from the concrete up to the frame at the front and back of the forward leaf springs and to my surprise is looks pretty close from drivers to passenger side. But you stand back and look at the front of the truck and believe me its obvious that the truck is sagging on the passenger side. As a crude check I measured from the concrete up to the top of the front fender cutout and the passenger side in a full 7/8" lower than the driver side. I also did the same from concrete to the bottom of the "F250" emblems on the front fenders. Once again the passenger side is between 3/4 and 7/8 lower than the drivers side. I also noticed that the leaf spring has what appears to be a factory spacer between the bottom of the leaf and top of axle on the passenger side and it does not on the drivers side. I purchased this truck new. It may have always been like this or maybe not, but I can assure you I would certainly like to get this thing level from the drivers side to passenger side.
Thanks in advance for any help!
