Progress on Forward tilt Hood

Well I’m making progress on the tilt, the hinging part is complete.. Seems to work pretty well. Now on to figuring out the rear guiding system.

Updated pics in gallery if interested.

Thanks

Mike

Very nice Mike. Did you build in an adjustment point for the height of the front? Mine does not have any adjustment, so I had to fab some shims for the right front where it attaches to the hood. It was the only way to get the hood to align with the front point of the fender. Jag

I have adjustment front to rear, and I was planing on using some type of adjustable stop on the front outside edges, hope this works. if not may have to go with the shims myself.
Thanks
Mike
