head bolts

I recently pulled the heads on my 89 f250 351w. My question is the inserts in the block for the head bolts have cleaner/antifreeze ect in them. How do you guys get the fluid out so I get proper torque on the heads.

Compressed air, just put a rag over the top so you don't spray yourself.

A long thin blow gun nozzle will reach the bottom of the hole. Pay attention to what Blurry94 said about the rag!
