front end vibration

front end vibration
hi,
i have a 99 2wd, 5.4l expedition. has 103k miles on it. i noticed i have some kind of vibration, sounds like it's coming from the front end, when i turn either left or right. only happens when beginning a turn from a dead stop, makes a vibrating noise and then everything is fine. has all new tires, did it with old tires, new shocks, new brakes and rotors. any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
