#2 cyl miss
Fuel injectors are easy to hear, especially with a stethoscope, though that doesn't tell you if the injectors is clogged. Also, comparing the results of a cylinder balance test performed by removing spark plugs and a test performed by unplugging injectors might help isolate the fault to the fuel injectors.
I expect bad valves would show up during a compression check.

i HAVE NOT DONE A COMPRESSION CHECK YET. THE #2 PLUG IS THE ONLY PLUG THAT IS SHOWING NO FUEL TO IT AT LEAST THAT IS THE WAY IT LOOKS.I AM GETTING GOOD SPARK FROM IT. ALL THE OTHER PLUGS ARE BURNING GOOD AND THERE IS A TAP AT THE #2 CYL. I DO SUSPECT THAT IT IS VALVES BUT THOUGHT I WOULD ASK ABOUT IT MAYBE SOME ONE WOULD HAVE A BETTER IDEA. THIS IS NEW TO ME I AM USE TO WORKING ON THE OTHER'S ENGINES AND AM LOOKIN FOR ANY INPUT THAT IS FORD 2.9L SPECIFIC
