For your truck which is a 66, they list the colors as follows in the Ford parts and accessories catalog:
W= Medium blue M1J 1742
M= White M1J 1619
They also list these in acrylics which use the prefix AE60, the center numbers tell the actual colors. Don't compare the color samples you see to the exterior of the truck. Look at areas not exposed to sunlight. Look under the floor mats, behind the gas tank, under dash. That will give a better idea of what it looked like from the factory.
