4:10 non limited slip diff.
Do any of you have a regular 4:10 diff....and what difference does it make compared to the limited slip diff? I know the mechanical aspectes...what are the real world experiences...should I even care that I don't have limited slip? thanks. Its an F-350 powered ny the V10....thats why I posted it here

I prefer to always order the LS option
No it is not the best system but it can be ordered and no other system can be.
In marginal slippery conditions it always puts power to two wheels instead of one and at a stop light up hill in the rain it makes a dramatic difference to me.
With an open diff you will never have more than one wheels worth of power guarenteed!
If you have the dollars to do it then the electric, air, or mechanical actuated locking differentials are much better but all cost mucho dinero!
