Biggest difference I found other than the trim, was it has independant rear suspension, and towing max is 8900 as compared to a max of 9500 for the F150.
The wood is real ebony and not a plastic look alike as in the Lariat. I do like the color keyed door handles with the chrome handles. Wish the F150 came with it.
I'll all but guarentee you that the Lincoln LT doesn't have independant suspension out back. Ford screwed the pouch on the Blackwood, which BTW was Lincolns first truck. They made it a bit too unique and it didn't sell. That's why Ford won't be going all out on this truck just yet. It's a Lariat with "new" interior and grill. That's about it.
