Alabama Chapter is a quick read
When I lived in the Pacific N.W. we knew more about 'Bear' Bryant than we did about Woody Hayes or Max Duckworth. Kid's who'd normally go the Univirsity of Washington woulld apply to BAMA first, UCLA was a 'Fall back to' in case they couldn't make BAMA.
Mr. Bryant has his photo on more walls around here, than all the U.S. prisidents combined.
I would look forward to all the screaming, squealing and crying coming from the halls of Congress if we could successfully elect a 'Papa Bear' as the U.S. President.
The Congessional Gridlock would be over in a heart beat.
Wife and I are going to Columbus MS. this weekend for 'grandkids duty'.
When I get back, I'll poke around BHam burbs for a suitable Coffee stop.
We'll get something going for those good looking Ford's with the Reb. FLags in the back window's.
Meanwhile, Mr Brian, bein the highest level of managment roun' these heah parts, will figure out how we can send a PM to all the BAMA Fords.
Bout two message exchanges and we'll have a centrally located place for our first coffee clatch.
