f250 feul pump problems

I have a 1985 f250 With a 460.
I replaced the fuel tank in the rear because I thought both pumps went out (did rear first) Couldn't get it to pump at all. then I shut off the ignition and left it for a while and when I came back the pump was running like cazy with the key off !! I've read some postings about a relay. where is it ? please help I'm losing work without my truck !

If its the same as 302EFI it is under the hood hinge on the drivers side.

Its the fuel pump relay , Next to the air filter housing you will see a narrow black box , it contains the fuel pump relay , it should be the relay closest to the engine . Replace it .
