Clunk Clunk

I am getting a clunk from the front of my truck ('94 F350 4x4) when turning the wheel left to right (not a loud/hard one, softer) The tie rods are ok and the shocks are tight. Could it be spring bushings? Are these replaceable items (one piece) or do I need to get new bushings pressed into the existing ones? Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks!

Make sure your bumper isnt hitting the wheel. It might have got pushed back in an accident or something and the edges are hitting the wheel.

May be a bad ball joint, radius arm bushing, control arm bushing. Have someone turn the wheels while youre under the front end and try to locate the "clunk"

It's definitely not the bumper, but the front spring mounts are moving a little from left to right when the wheel is turned...are the bushings in the shackle mounts replaceable?
