I'm guessing you mean the door ajar switch? It is located on the bottom of the door latch. Remove the door panel, move the window track out of the way, unplug it and then turn it to remove. You may have to loosen the latch to allow the switch to turn far enough to come out.

It's in the latch, at the bottom.
Before you pull it all apart you might want to try spraying lots of WD40 into the latch and opening and closing the door a few times. Usually that will clean out the switch and it will work again.
Use WD40 and not a spray grease.
