Holley 4160
I have couple of questions about a holley 4160.
1. Which way do you turn the idle mixture screws to make it richer?
2. Should I have the vacuum advance unplugged from the dist. when I
adjust the mixture with a vacuum gauge?

Most of the time CW rotation of the idle mixture screws decreases and CCW rotation increases. However, some 4160 and 4180 carbs have reverse adjusting idle screws. I would pull and plug the vacuum line to the distributor when adjusting the carb using the vacuum gauge.
