Couple questions
First, I apologize if this isn't the proper place/format for these - I'm still getting used to this wonderful resource
The drivers door on my '90 F-350 flatbed leaves something to be desired - It's got a couple major dents and the previous owner welded some ugly bracing on the outside of it to support the big mirror - Looking at the passenger side, I can see why . . . . I took it apart today and added some metal to the inside of the two lower legs for the mirror and a large stainless fender washer to the outside - There was a growing hole through the door where it's collected water and rusted over the years. Looks/works much better now
Anyway, I assume ANY Ford truck door (F-100 through F-350??) from any year 1987 through . . . . some other year (1996???) will fit my truck?? Knowing what I'm looking for in the boneyards will simplify my search
Also, I need one lens (or a complete fixture) for the cab mounted clearance lights - One of my 5 is missing the amber lens cover. Local dealership wants $20 plus they have to order it in - Anybody got an extra one laying about they'd part with for a couple $$ plus shipping??
