Only on some AM stations, but all the time on my CB radio. Haven't tried it without the motor running, will try it next time I'm out there. I'm thinking its something to do with the ABS set up.

Ok, so it must not be coming over the dc 12 input to the radios. Do a little bit of testing, and if you figure out it's the alternator, or possibly some solenoids on the abs, I would check and clean the grounding to these components, and also check to see if you have the little silver metal capacitors hooked up. These look like little silver metal cans with one wire coming out. These are for noise suppression, and are usually mounted around the regulator, alternator, etc. If you zero in on the problem, you might want to get a few from the junkyard, and add them here and there to see if you can kill the interference.
