May I make a simple suggestion?
If the time and date are known, and you all (Y'all) have nothing else going on - and the distances between are an issue...
Why not have a "CHAPTER MEETING" online???
Not to bust in on how Y'all run stuff - but that just gave me a few ideas of my own.
What do Y'Think???
