Hi Paul and welcome to the forum 
Is your truck the mid 90's style heavy duty F-250 or the 97 and up F-150 style?
If it's the older heavy duty style then it's the old 8 stud wheels. If it's the newer style light duty F-250 then it uses 7 stud wheel that are only used on the F-250 LD and F-150 7700lb trucks.
