I know there have been a lot of discussions about this topic and even some pictures BUT can anybody run down some do's and don't's and 'the easiest way' scenarios for this project. It appears that the bolts are facing the rear underneath the cowl and it looks like a PITA. I would hate to strip or misalign the bolts or threads. Any input would be great.
Not too hard of a job, just make sure you don't drop the bolts down under the intake. Mine took about 30min I think. I don't know why but the new gasket that came with the IAC had different(round vs. triangular)port holes for the air to enter the intake. I wonder if it is to fix the carbon problem that the IAC's have. good luck
