Like others have stated, it doesn't stand out since its the same color as the truck. In my case, it's Dark Stone over Arizona Beige and the BSM blends in. When I picked up my truck, I had to do a double-take to see it. On my 88 it stands out prominently, probably because it's about three times as big and black rubber.

i only look at it as i could not buy them for the price and they do help a little, same for the factory black rubber floor mats i can't buy them for $25.00 for front and rear, its a personal choice thing.
