woohoo a new junker project!....on this installment i have an 88 xlt lariet 302 auto 4x4 and it runs like crap.....drinks fuel like its going out of style, and when you step on the gas it gets a repating hesitation and will even lightly backfire from time to time.....no engine light or anything and it all seems to have started when i froze my gas line....any ideas?

yea musta had some ice in the line cause after 12 hours with some gas line antifreeze it started again, prolly needs a complete tune up but i am gonna pull the motor and do a complete gasket set at the same time.....just wanna know what else to look at 1st
