torque shift status

Does anyone know if Ford has worked out the torque shift problems. The planetary gear and the snap ring yet? Or still making them the same and fixing when you break?

there is a post in here recently that states ford says all as of jan 15th are ok . try a search or go through the s/d post think it may have last week or the one before.

I spoke to the Ford customer service center a couple of days ago and they said that a tranny fix campaign for builds before Jan 15 should start going out to customers mid February. We'll see.
