Kick back cable
Does anyone know where to get a cheap kick back cable for a 1984 ford f-150 pickup. any help would be great. thx

Kick back cable
Sorry it isn't a kick back cable it is a kick down cable... the cable that goes from the carb to the transmission that when the gas is pressed hard it kicks back into second gear for a quick thrust so you can pass easier and quicker.

Any scrap yard with ford trucks, or most parts stores.
Sometimes it's a linkage - that would definately have to come from savage.
I usually go to wrecking yards first just to eyeball things, then I go to a parts house anyway to see if I can get one that does not have 150,000 miles on it already....
