Missing when I use mobil 1 syn.

Allwright here is the details, Back in the fall I changed from rotella to Mobil 1 Synthetic 5w 40w with in two miles of doing so it started missing stumbling running like crap! so I drained it out (Iknow $$$ down the drain) Put Rotella 15w 40w dino back in went back to runnin good again. So last week I was up for a oil change so I put Mobil 1 Syn back in (I am a big Mobil 1 fan in my gassers and want to run this in My 7.3l) Instantly went to running like crap! again. So I drained it out and put in Mobil 1 15w 40w still missing and stubbling a little. My question is what is causing this why does my truck seem to Hate mobil 1??? Iam now going to go back to Rotella this week. This really sucks all the money I have wasted I could of had my wicked wheel and remote start with turbo timer.

2002 7.3L 80,000 miles Afe statge 1 intake, ATS exhaust, Gauages, Chip.

From: Rio Rico, AZ.
When I switched to Mobil 1 on my truck it made the idle a little rough when the engine is lukewarm only. Cold, very smooth. Fully warmed up, glass smooth idle. But in between those two it acts like the timing is too advanced. No difference in power at all at any temperature, just quieter operation when it's cold.
