fuel filter change

has anyone changed their fuel filters ? i have worked on a lot of gas engines but never done anything to the diesel. is there any special procedures to do this.

Get the 36mm socket. It will make removing the frame mounted filter a breaze. Don't even think about getting a wrench in there, you'll be there for a while.
