Need Help-- acquiring needle bearings
Started some routine maintenance yesterday on the front hubs, take em off...repack em, check for scores in the races...etc..etc.. Drivers side went fine, some minor marks, but over all the bearings were good along with the races. Passenger's side was another story. The inner spindle needle bearing was TRASHED--most of the rollers gone, and the inner wheel bearing was siezed onto the spindle. After some percussive maintenance we managed to get the bearing off and of course it was trash. So on to my question, is there any one out there who has a ford hook up that can point me in the right direction for a new needle bearing. WE checked the parts houses and they sell the kit (SCE-188) but I was hoping I could just get the bearing and be done with it. Its my daily driver so any help would be great with this. BTW The kit would be in after 2 weeks. So they are not an option.

Well just a quick update on this, found another parts house near my home and they managed to get the kits in for 1/2 the price and Tomorrow, so I don't have to wait forever. Always shop around I guess 
Anyway anyone ever done the needle bearing replacement before? Is it ok to put them back in with a punch or do they NEED to be pressed in ?
