01 lift question

01 lift question
OK, I"m going to try posting in here.......i'v got no responce in the 4x4 or the 97+ forum......
i have a 01 f150 shortbed stepside with a 4.6 L and a 5 spd and i'm interested in a lift for my truck.....i'd like to go with a 6 inch lift....fabtech, procomp, skyjacker, or superlift......the superlift kit is a 4/5 inch lift i'm assuming to level the truck.....what tire size will i be able to run with these lifts.....35/12.5/17.....what do you guys think?
I like the procomp lift but i'm very open to suggestions?
There was a listing on Ebay for a 6 inch procomp.....wheels and tires for 3k....the wheels were procomp 6089 and the tires were procomp mud terrains....you guys think this is a good set up?

i would be careful about getting a pro comp lift. i have heard too many people complain and not be happy with their quality. and, go as big as you can stand the first time.... there is a little bug that bites people who go in little stages.... which will only cost a lot more money and time in the long run. i have heard a lot of people likt superlift.... that is what i want to put in my 99 f250 sd. i want the 6" kit. that will clear 35's or 36's comfortably, but some guys are getting 37's under with minor trimming. good luck !!!

I'm open to suggestions....i can't find a lift from superlift thats for my truck

I'v heard that also but then i'v also head that people love their procomp lift
