Vibration in right front

Hi, hoping someone's experieinced this before so I have a starting place to look.

I have a '93 XLT extended cab with 4WD. When I get to about 45 MPH, I start feeling (and hearing) a vibration (and noise). It's definitely in the right front wheel area. When I turn to the right (as on a curve in the road) it goes away. When I'm turning to the left or going straight it remains.

Ideas?

Thanks.

Probable out of balance, it is easy to throw a weight and get an instant vibration.
