This is a Ford Truck site.

I suggest trying alt.autos.ford
or

rec.autos.makers.ford.mustang

On the newgroups at
www.newsone.com

The transmission modulator needs adjusting, try a transmission shop.
It shouldn't cost more than $20.00

The vacuum modulator is located on the rear passenger side of the tranny. You should see a vacuum line there, and it will be hooked to a steel line which runs up the top of the tranny to the rear of the intake manifold. It should be hooked to the vacuum tree, or somewhere up there where it can get manifold vacuum.
