front end exchange

short and simple, will a leaf spring 4x4 front end "everything" from a 78 f250 with disc brakes, bolt onto a 74 or so f-250 frame that had drum brakes.

heres the long version for more info. i have a truck tore down to the frame, 78 long wheel base frame f250, somebody put a 74 short bed body on it, so they cut and welded the frame, well they jerry rigged it together, so i wanted to get another frame. local junk yard says he has a frame sitting there that is a 250 4x4 and he thinks it was 74 model he said it had drum brakes, well the other running gear from the truck i have apart already has disc brakes, so i wanna take the 78 disc brake dana 44 and bolt it onto the 74 or so frame i'm gonna buy, keeping in mind both frames are f-250's and 4x4. are the front and rear ends and leaf springs and all pretty much a direct bolt on, with minimal fabrication.
