01 F350 4x4 Dually works hard hauling garage doors & lumber for work and 28' race car trailer 35-40 times a year. This year heading to alaska with a trailer load of furniture for the in-laws. Oh yeah, hunting, fishing, and having fun. She gets dirty once in a while.
Back and Forth to work twice a week 80 miles round trip (carpool otherdays) , when the shop trailer (9,000lbs) is done it will tow that (my side job at night and weekends), normal truck duties, normal transportation duties on the weekend when I cant ride the motorcycle.
Thanks guys for all the responses...hope more people chime in. I use my 03 as a daily driver to work in the winter, it pulls the snowmobile trailer to the mountains in the winter, will be used to pull the jet skies to the lake this summer and take the family anywhere we need to go.
The 02 gets used alot in the summer as it hauls fuel and tools to the farm tractors and harvesting equiptment and goes for parts and pulls fertilizer trailers and a bulk seed tender. Its my daily driver to work in the summertime also.
Bottom line.....if I'm the driver, I'll be driving one or the other. ABSOLUTLY love to drive a Super Duty PowerStroke pick-up Wife has a full size Bronco an I would walk before I had to drive it. HE HE!
well I have to use mine a lot for driving to the cities & towns on deliveries/pick-ups
for work. Our flatbed company trucks is always tied up so I gotta drive mine some
times. But it's just a daily driver mainly, then I tow a welding trailer or a 16' flatbed
bumper pull from time to time. It's not very fast nor torqey, but hey it get's the job
done. 99' F250 psd 4x4 crew cab
Drive to work, tow 20 ft. enclosed race car trailer in summer, drive to mountains to ski every weekend in winter, don't polish it much, but wash it every week or so. What a great truck!!!
96 2x CrewCab Long Bed 195,800mi Daily driver to Work/School. Alway's throwing something in the bed for work, from trash to computers to wood, whatever. And of corse the odd jobs that always come up. Going to start loading up the old Studebaker into my 24' Race trailer for car shows. Also help move someone with the truck/trailer about once a month. I have thought about starting a moving business, but the only fun in that would be driving the truck around. Sure is a great truck. Can't wait to start throwing some mods on it.
My 02 F350 Pulls my 21ft bass boat everyday, then the 35' travel trailer and the bass boat 8-10 times a year on mini vacations..!! Other than that, the usual truck stuff like the 4wheeler trailer, or the 18ft utility trailer or my friends chevys when they take a DUMP...
Mine runs to work everyday and an occasional run into town . Hauls big bales of hay and runs through the mud when needed. When summer hits we hit the road to rodeos most weekends. I LOVE driving up those mountain passes and cruising past everyone going up the summit! This thing just loves to haul and runs like brand new. Can't wait to get some spare time and money to add some mods. Been reading in this forum and can't wait to get under the hood and find some extra horses in the ol' gal.
Mine doesn't see a lot of miles, but I do enjoy driving it, use it for screwing around most of the time, plow snow, pull gooseneck, pull other trailers, drive to vacation, haul firewood. I like going tractor pulling and can get 3 tractors on the gooseneck if I try, kinda nice to have cold a\c and a nice truck to get me there. I really enjoy having a truck to get me to the cabin for a weekend of camping, haul in some firewood, get muddy, leave the stereo on all night. I really baby my truck, but know if it was stolen or wrecked that there are a million more of them...
Been pulled out twice by a Chevy H-D, kinda sucks! lol
