More Oil Stuff

I sent a lot of question and got a lot of great answers on 5w/20 when I got my pickup. Thanks, guys. After 2 years with a real oil pressure guage, I can share the following; On a cold morning, the thinnest oil I've used is M1 5w/30. The next is Delvac 1 (5w/40). The thickest is the MC5w/20! M1 and Delvac1 are nearly the same cold.

Theoretically, they should all be the same when "cold". How are you measuring "thickness"? A 20 weight oil is thinner than a 40 weight... at least it should be.
