351w HO compresion
I was wondering if any one could tell me what the compresion is for the 351 HO. I did a test yester day while doing my tune up. I ended up with a range of 115-120 is that good ?? Bad???I cant find my manual so if any one can let me know what the standerd compresion is. I know its a older motor 112k and it has some blow by. it drives ok a little down on power but Im also running 35s so thats adding a little to it to.

I'd say your engine is getting tired, if the compression was in the 140-160 range you would have a solid motor.Your compression will vary dependent upon your cam,if the motor was warm or cold,if you pulled all the plugs and opened the throttle wide.
