P.S.D. wont start(sometimes)
My brother in-law just bought a 2002 f-250. When the truck sits for three or four days He says he has to try 3-4 times to get the truck started. If he starts truck every day, no problem. (he is waiting for the glow plugs to cycle) Any sugg. for him besides to start everyday? thanks in advance.

Are the batteries in good condition? If a battery has a bad cell it can drain both batteries down enough to cause starting problems. He might want to consider having them load tested. They should be tested individually with the cables disconnected.

Hey man check out your glow plug control sol. a hundred and some change and about 10 minutes under the hood and things should be working fine. Mine did the same thing a while back. I changed it up I havent had any problems since.
