Window switch lights
The light in my 03 EB driver's door window switch has stoped working. The down arrows are illuminated, but the up arrows are dark. Dose anyone know exactly what I need to replace? The other three switches are fine.

Mine replaced under warranty
I just had the same thing happen in my 03' EB. Fortunately, they just replaced the one switch under warranty. I would image a single switch would be pretty cheap and relatively easy to replace.

same here and also "service engine soon" light on
Too funny!! I just mentioned this to my husband last night! I never noticed if it was always not lit but now that you've mentioned it I will have the dealer replace the bulb. I'm bringing my 03 EB in this friday. My "Service Engine Soon" light came on last Saturday and is not going away. Is this normal? I have 32K miles on the truck. I wasn't sure it this "feature" is automatically programmed into the computer. I know on husband's foreign cars (that he has had in the past) it will say it after a certain number of miles. I've checked the gas cap to make sure it was secure and it was. I've gone through 3 driving cycles (as recommended in the manual) and it's still there. I"m just afraid that Ford will turn off the light and say that it's nothing then let my warranty run out.
I'm going to have Ford do the scheduled maintenance on the truck since it hasn't been done (except for the oil changes and maybe an air filter change this past summer). How much does a tune-up from them go for? Will it be highway robbery?
