Try jcwhitney.com for a front receiver to mount your winch. This will allow operation from the front of the vehicle or the back with the correct electrical supply. Greatly multiplies your ability to get out of situations.
they are kewl but the only downside to this if you plan to use it for a winch you will lose alot of aproach angle because of how far out it sticks out. but if your just looken for a tow point it will work out fine.
may also look into a custom bumper and have some drings added.
my brother put one on his 83 bronco but he had to take his sway bar off because it got in the way. but he ordered noe for the front. and it had a diferent part number than the back.
I put a Draw Tite front reciever hitch on my F350. Got it from www.etrailer.com for about 100 bucks. On my truck, the front and rear reciever hitches are quite different and definitely not interchangeable. I also made a tow hook that slides into the hitch that's real handy. They sell reciever mount tow hooks and winch mounts on the etrailer website too. From my experience, their shipping rates are far more reasonable than JC Whitneys.
Warn has a system called the Multi Mount, and it includes a front mount receiver. By the way it looks, it should tuck in tightly between the front framerails. I looked into buying one last year, but at the last minute I decided it was a little expensive (can't remember the price though), but compared to the other front receivers I looked at, I think that one was the best.

Reason: spelling error
Hmmm... I haven't tried to search for a front hitch on etrailer for a '91 F150, but I had no trouble finding one there for my '92 F350 4x4. They had models for 2wd, 4wd and diesel in my year. Maybe try the manufacturer's website directly? www.reeseprod.com
