First off which model Holley do you have and what model truck is it going on?
If you have power brakes you want to connect the Vac booster line to a part that gives you manifold vacuum. Same thing for a PCV. You may need a "T" to tie both to the same port.
Most folks connect the Vac advance line to the "timed" port on the carb. This is the port that is on the passenger side of the carb, near the front, sticking straight out to the side.
If you "TEE" the booster brake vacuum with the pvc line your vacuum signal to the booster will be less. Brake boost may be less (harder pedal). Better to have the booster by itself and and the pvc by itself also.
